Who Are We?
The Mosaic Network is a community of open, affirming, Christian faith communities, ministries, and leaders who choose to relate to one another relationally. Together, we encourage, support and resource each other as we share gifts and relationship.
Tim
Tim is an Organic Architect, Catalyst, and Life Coach. Through his coaching practice, Quest For Life Coaching, he offers life and team coaching for individuals, couples, businesses and churches. Tim is also an experienced church planter, pastor, leader and spiritual director. Tim is a co-founder of the Mosaic.
He has been pioneering and pastoring since 1987, helping to establish churches and coach leaders worldwide in Canada, Australia, Asia and Norway. He served many years on the Prairie Regional Leadership Team and the Missions Development Group for the Vineyard Movement in Canada and is currently a Regional Director for the Canadian Bible Society.
In 2006, Tim earned a Master’s degree from St. Stephen’s University. His thesis was entitled, “The Divine Dance: How To Form Healthy Missional Communities in a Postmodern Culture.”
Anita
Anita has dedicated over 30 years to walking alongside and providing resources and circles of care with those experiencing crisis, grief and trauma, especially among marginalized and vulnerable communities. As a Trauma Specialist and Consultant, Anita is founder and CEO of Sana Corda, an organization dedicated to helping people heal from trauma (primarily spiritual trauma) and equip leaders and communities to understand trauma’s impact and come alongside people who experience it. She is currently advancing her practice through becoming a Spiritual Director. Anita’s core passions lie in equipping and empowering teams to embody compassion and provide effective care for one another, believing in collective healing and mutual support within caregiving communities.
Michael
Michael is a dedicated spiritual care provider and co-founder of Mosaic Ministries. As a long-time spiritual director and companion (IamSignificant.ca), Michael also specializes in grief work through A Grief Engaged. As an Open & Relational theologian significantly influenced by Teilhardian insights, his theological approach emphasizes a dynamic, evolving relationship with the divine and crafting new, thoughtful faith narratives for a post-Christian, quantum world.
Michael holds a Master’s degree in Spiritual Formation and an M.A. in Theology and Culture, where he explored innovative faith stories centred on love. Additionally, he is a Certified Grief Specialist. His book, Becoming Love: Avoiding Common Forms of Christian Insanity (2012) serves as a guide for those seeking to embrace love as central to a healthy faith. He also contributed to Partnering with God: Exploring Collaboration in Open and Relational Theology (2021) and Amipotence (Fall 2024).
An active ally supporting the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, Michael helped found the Taber Equality Alliance, served on its board, and remains an active member. He is also a member of McKillop United Church in Lethbridge, Alberta.
Rob
Robert Scott began his ministry career in the Anglican Church before joining a small team of people to plant an independent church called King’s Bridge in 1999. King’s Bridge is now a part of the Mosaic. Beyond engagements with the King’s Bridge community Rob enjoys building retro arcade machines, writing/illustrating children’s books, camping, and hanging out with his wife and two adult daughters.
Rohadi
Rohadi Nagassar is the founding pastor of Calgary Church and currently co-leads the online community expression, A Beautiful Table. He is also a writer with four publications including “Thrive. Ideas to lead the church in post-Christendom” and the most recent, “When We Belong. Reclaiming Christianity on the Margins.”
He is an entrepreneur including work in marketing consulting, policy and governance, and recently the launch of his literary agency. Visit Rohadi’s website for his latest blog entries and a list of recent publications. Check out his podcast, “Faith in a Fresh Vibe”.
He holds a Business Certificate from Mount Royal University; a certificate from the Max Bell Public Policy Institute; a BA in Economics from the University of Calgary, and an M.Div from Canadian Theological Seminary.
